Zepet’s first release written entirely in Spanish, the song grew out of the long-distance relationship he shared with the woman who would eventually become his wife, while he was living in Argentina and she was in England. After months separated by screens and time zones, their reunion ultimately became a life together. Written for her and shared during their honeymoon, the song transforms that experience into a piece of indie pop, indie rock, and alt pop where nostalgia exists alongside the hope of staying together.
