After opening shows for Jorge Drexler, Jonas Brothers and announcing a performance with Zayn, the Chilean singer-songwriter begins a hopeful new creative chapter.

Olivia García begins a new creative chapter with “Marzo,” the first single from her forthcoming second album. Released through Ladera Volcán and produced alongside Arturo Zegers, the song expands the emotional world introduced on Te Daría Tanto (2025), the EP that earned a Record of the Year nomination at the 2026 Premios Pulsar. Blending acoustic folk, warm pop melodies, subtle synthesizers, and drum machine textures, García uses the imagery of autumn and winter to explore the comfort found in relationships that endure through life’s most challenging moments. Accompanied by a self-directed music video, “Marzo” offers a hopeful perspective on vulnerability, healing, and emotional connection.

The release arrives during a milestone year for the Chilean artist. After opening concerts for Jorge Drexler and the Jonas Brothers at Santiago’s Movistar Arena, García has also been announced as the opening act for Zayn’s upcoming performance on October 9. With her second full-length album scheduled for release later this year, she continues to refine a musical identity that combines intimate folk songwriting with nostalgic pop influences and deeply personal storytelling. Through “Marzo,” Olivia García once again demonstrates her ability to transform everyday emotions into songs that offer warmth, companionship, and quiet resilience.
