UNYOKE unveils Metamorphosis, its debut conceptual album, a ten-track work that explores identity, toxic relationships, freedom, mortality and the ongoing process of personal transformation. Structured as a symbolic journey between night and day, the record asks a central question: who do we become when everything we once identified with falls apart? Rather than offering a linear answer, the album embraces uncertainty and presents transformation as a continuous process of emotional and psychological rebirth.
Musically, Metamorphosis combines art rock, psychedelic rock, theatrical performance and cinematic storytelling, creating an immersive universe where each song is connected to a specific color palette inspired by the singer’s synesthetic perception of music. While the first half of the album navigates fear, heartbreak and emotional dependency, the second moves toward desire, experimentation and self-discovery.
