The French-Brazilian artist brings her classical background and electronic experience into a melodic, organic and dancefloor-focused remix

French-Brazilian producer, pianist and live electronic artist Ella Romand presents a new remix of Husa & Zeyada’s “More Love,” shifting the original slow-tempo indie electronic track toward a more dynamic, club-oriented space. Based in Miami, Romand brings together Brazilian musical influences with Deep, Organic, Afro and Melodic House, while incorporating keys and synthesizers into her live performances. For the remix, she introduces a bassline created with a Moog Subsequent 37 alongside house-inspired piano chords, retaining the original vocals and hypnotic character while giving the track a more uplifting and rhythmic pulse. The result preserves the indie dance identity of “More Love” while opening it toward a more danceable interpretation.

Romand began her musical journey at five, learning her first piano notes by ear in southern Brazil before developing through classical training and an early connection with electronic music. Her path has included music production studies in Brazil, a Music Technology degree at Florida International University and a residency at Do Not Sit On The Furniture, followed by performances at Ultra Music Festival, SXM Festival, Lightning In A Bottle, Cityfox Live, III Points and Burning Man. She has also collaborated with the New World Symphony on a project combining classical and electronic music, while her Ellaments platform has expanded from a radio show into experiences bringing together electronic music, live instrumentation, visual art and creative communities. Her “More Love” remix brings these different dimensions together as another step in her development as a producer and live electronic artist.
