The Vancouver quartet expands its blend of indie, psychedelia and electronic textures while preparing for a highly anticipated show in Mexico.
Meltt enter a new creative chapter with the release of Pathways, their latest studio album. The Vancouver-based quartet pushes its signature sound into new territory by combining immersive electronic textures, psychedelic atmospheres, and indie-rock sensibilities. Built around themes of personal transformation, uncertainty, and growth, the record captures a band embracing change while maintaining the warmth and emotional depth that have defined its music since its early releases.
Featuring thirteen tracks, Pathways follows the acclaimed Eternal Embers (2023) and was mixed by renowned engineer Chris Coady, whose credits include Beach House and TV on the Radio. The album also arrives ahead of Meltt’s upcoming performance at House Of Vans Mexico City on September 10, where the band will bring its expansive new material to life in an immersive live setting. Balancing optimism, introspection, and moments of darkness, Pathways showcases a group confidently evolving its sound while strengthening its connection with audiences across North America and beyond.
