La leyenda de Starwolf se remonta a 2016, cuando la banda de tres miembros comenzó a crear una mezcla de otro mundo de música funk/pop en la zona rural de Illinois en las afueras de St. Louis, MO. Desde sus inicios, la banda ha lanzado varios sencillos y dos EP, Ti Amo, Stargazer, en 2018 y Astro Lobo en 2020. Starwolf está compuesta por Tim Moore (batería, sintetizador, percusión), Max Sauer (guitarra, bajo, sintetizador) y Chris Rhein (voz, bajo, guitarra). El último sencillo de la banda, Moon Castle, está programado para ser lanzado el 27 de septiembre de 2023.
