I grew up in an environment nothing short of interesting (my father was bi-polar and both my parents were renowned songwriters), I feel like I’m in the best phase of my musical growth right now with a career opening up to me in ways I never expected. I’ve always been introspective and personal with my lyrics, reminiscent of the songwriters I grew up with in Laurel Canyon. I try to create a world in my songs that I myself would want to inhabit and offer my listeners a soulful escape in lyrics and sonic story-telling.
